Our Refund Window

We want you to be confident about Querixa PowerMind. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date. No conditions or exclusions apply within this window.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@querixa.com within fourteen (14) days of your 2Checkout receipt.
  2. Include the email address linked to your Querixa account and the 2Checkout order number or transaction ID (found in your receipt).
  3. We will confirm receipt within two business days and process the refund back to your original payment method. Once issued, banks typically credit funds within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations After 14 Days

Refunds requested more than fourteen (14) days after the charge date are outside of our guaranteed refund period. You may still cancel your subscription at any time in the billing portal; your access will continue until the end of the already-paid term.

Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you notice a duplicate charge or billing error, contact billing@querixa.com immediately. These are eligible for correction regardless of the timeline.
