1. Who we are
Querixa operates the PowerMind service and is the controller of personal data processed in connection with the Services described in this Policy.
To exercise your data rights or request our data processing agreement, contact privacy@querixa.com or compliance@querixa.com. We aim to respond to privacy enquiries within five (5) business days.
2. Information We Collect
Account Data
When you create an account or purchase a plan, we collect your name, business details, email address, billing address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by our payment partner (2Checkout (Verifone)) and are never stored in plain form by Querixa.
Usage Data
We collect log data about how you interact with the platform, including IP address, device information, browser type, and activity within the licensing portal. PowerMind usage metrics (such as message counts and plan consumption) are also collected to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
Support and Communications
If you contact us for support, we maintain records of your communications and any files you provide so we can assist you.

- To authenticate you, operate the licensing service, and deliver PowerMind entitlements.
- To process payments, manage renewals, and communicate billing updates.
